Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and messaging services provided by Stanley Media Productions LLC ("Stanley Media Productions," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, signing a client agreement, or agreeing to receive messages from us, you accept these terms in full.

1. SMS messaging program

Stanley Media Productions sends text messages for account notifications and operational updates.

• Program description: subscribers (clients and authorized contacts) receive business and lead updates, project milestone notifications, production schedules and important administrative notices.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies with ongoing projects and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply to any messages we send to you and you send to us. Depending on your mobile plan, charges may appear on your wireless bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance.

2. Opt-in and consent

We get consent to send text messages through written client service agreements, onboarding documents or opt-in web forms. Consent to receive text messages is optional, cannot be transferred or sold, and is not a condition of buying any of our services.

3. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that you will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you sign up again.

4. Help (HELP)

If you have a problem with our messages or need help, reply HELP to any text message from us, or email[email protected].

5. Carrier liability

Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, UScellular and regional networks) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy Policy

Your participation in our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which prohibits the sale or sharing of mobile opt-in data for third-party marketing purposes.
